As Elmswell grows is there enough for our kids to do, is the Blackbourne used to its full potential?

Can anyone inform me why Cars were allowed to park on the football pitch on the Blackbourne ?
On a wet Sunday morning Dog owners made a right mess of the best pitch in the village. As a result Elmswell Saturday team have had to play matches on a very wet Grove Lane pitch.

I understand that this resulted from another visit from the Dog and Caravan Club. The Blackbourne Mangement Association argue that because they receive a payment of £300, it is acceptable to turn a blind eye to the ‘no dogs on Blackbourne’ rule.
Consider August Bank Holiday weekend.the Dog and Caravan Club hired the whole of the Blackbourne facility for £300. From Friday until Monday, including the Hall which they used for dances etc over the weekend.
If you do the sums, the charge works out at around 60p per person per day. Had the BMA charged the going rate, they could have made in excess of £1500.
If the community is to lose the use of this facility for the whole of a weekend, it seems short sighted of the BMA not to charge an economic hire charge.
However, over an above filthy lucre, is the health risked posed by dogs on a field that is used by children and sports groups.
